A Study on the Agrarian Problem of England in the Sixteenth Century

The Purpose of this Paper is to clarify the problems that the government was confronted with in the process of examining agricultural policies under the England absolute Royal Rule. These Problems are contradictions 1) between the economic relationships among the management agencies and 2) between the management of farmhouse and a feudal Lord and a Landowner, which are inherent in the reproduction process of the farmhouse management. There are relatively a lot of studies on the latter. Hence, in this paper I will focus on the economic relationship among the management agencies. It is natural that the social problems caused by the England Royal Rule should be considered inevitable and even unavoidable for the development of Capitalism. The tendency in modem times is that a country is made up of gentleman, farmers, handicrafts, merchants, and that they should pursue a decent life in some degree regarding a patriachal system as an ideal one. Again, the manin purpose of this paper is to point out the underlying problems of the farm economics in the 16th century.
