대학의 플립드러닝 수업컨설팅을 위한 RIM 프레임워크 개발

A Suggestion for an Instructional Consultation Framework for Flipped Learning In Higher Education

고등교육에서 플립드러닝(Flipped Learning)의 실천이 점차 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 플립 드러닝은 학생들이 수업 중 활동을 통해 응용, 분석, 평가와 같은 높은 수준의 지식을 습득하는데 도움을 주는 교수학습 방법이라 할 수 있다. 성공적인 수업을 위한 가장 효과적인 방법은 교수자가 수업 설계 및 실행에 대해 잘 이해할 수 있도록 돕는 것이지만, 현재 플립드러닝 컨설팅에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 교수자와 컨설팅 전문가를 체계적으로 안내할 수 있는 대학의 플립드러닝 수업컨설팅 프레임워크를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 플립드러닝 강좌를 운영한 경험이 있는 61명의 교수자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하 고, 대학의 CTL 컨설팅 전문가 7명을 대상으로 플립드러닝 수업컨설팅 요소 및 내용을 조사하여 분석하였다. 대학 플립드러닝 컨설팅을 위한 RIM(ReadinessImplementationManagement) 프레임워크는 단계, 주요 구성 요소, 각 단계와 요소의 세부 내용 등에 초점을 맞추어 제안되었 으며, 내·외부 전문가 검토를 통해 개선되고 검증되었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과에 대한 실천적 함의 및 향후 연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a consultation framework for flipped learning that could systematically guide instructors or consultants. To achieve this purpose, we conducted a literature review on flipped learning and instruction models, and then examined the perception of 61 professors who had experience using FL in their classrooms. We also analyzed answers about the elements and contents of consultations of 7 experts and consultants in CTL(Center for Teaching and Learning). A constructed RIM(ReadinessImplementationManagement) framework that enhances the procedural perspective by focusing on steps, core elements, and the details of each step and element, was improved and underwent validation through internal and external expert review. Finally, we discuss practical implications and suggestions for further research.
