콘크리트 2차 제품 제조 중소기업의 가업승계 요소가 지속가능한 경영활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Influence of Succession Factors of Concrete Secondary Product Manufacturing Small Business Enterprise on Sustainability Management Activities and Corporate Performance

우리나라 대부분의 기업은 가족기업으로서 지분 구성과 승계가 기업 경영활동의 성과를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 특히, 중소기업의 가업승계는 경영성과에 큰 영향을 미치는 아주 중요한 경영자 활동으로 간주되고 있다. 가업승계 요소가 지속가능 경영활동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 실증분석을 위하여 통계패키지인 SPSS V23을 사용하여 통계데이터를 정리하였으며, 회귀 분석 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 현 경영자와 후계자는 지속가능 경영활동 요소인 경제활동, 사 회활동, 환경활동에 모두 부정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가족구성원 요소는 지속가능한 경영활동 요소 중에서 경제활동과 사회활동에는 긍정적인 효과를 주고 환경활동에는 부정적인 효과가 있음을 보여주었다. 비가족구성원 요소는 지속가능 경영활동 요소인 모든 활동에 대해서 긍정의 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 교육훈련 요소도 모든 활동에 대해서 긍정의 효과를 보여주었다. 결과적으로 가업승계 요소 중에서 지속가능한 경영활동에 가장 영향을 많이 주는 요소는 비가족구성원 요소와 교육훈련 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 중소벤처기업이 경영성과를 창출하여 지속적 성장을 통한 장수기업이 되기 위해서는 직원의 공감대를 더욱 강화하고 교육훈련을 통해 후계자의 자질을 높여야 할 것이다. 아울러 수익을 통한 경제활동을 강화하고 4차 산업혁명 지식기반 기술을 관리, 생산, 영업, 연구 전 분야에 도입하여 시대의 변화 흐름에 편승해야 할 것이다.

In Korea,most enterprises are family business, and their composition and succession are important factors in determining the performance of companymanagement activities. Among them, the succession of small and mediumsized enterprises is regarded as a very important management activity that has a great influence on the corporate performance. As a result of analyzing the effects of succession factors of the family business on sustainabilitymanagement activities, the presentmanager and successors showed negative effects on economic activities, social activities, and environmental activities, which are sustainability management activities. The family member factor has positive effect on economic activity and social activity, and has negative effect on environmental activity among sustainabilitymanagement activity factors. Non-family members were found to have a positive effect on both economic activities, social activities, and environmental activities. Education and training factors also showed positive effects on economic activities, social activities and environmental activities. As a result, it was found out that factors that have the greatest influence on sustainability management activities among non-family succession factors are non-family members and education and training factors. These results suggest that SMEs need to enhance the consensus of their employees and enhance the quality of their successors through education and training in order to create management performance and become a longevity company through continuous growth. In addition, we need to reinforce economic activity through profit, and adopt the fourth industry knowledge-based technology into all fields ofmanagement, production, sales, and research, and adapt to the changing trend of the times.
