The National Competency Standard is a systematic organization of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required by the state to perform tasks in the industrial field and it is the national standard that standardizes the ability to performsuccessfully in the industrial field. However, in order to utilizeNCS in companies, it is difficult to differentiate themfromexisting jobs and howto apply them. In order for each company to utilize NCS capability units, each company should customize it. Therefore, this study suggests a method of NCS andmapping through job analysis and job performance index to the purchase job that the company is performing.
