대학생의 글로컬 시민 역량과 의사소통과 윤리적 행동역량 관계분석 연구

Analysis of the Relationship between Glocal Civic Competence on Communications and Ethical Behavioral Competence of University Students

본 연구는 평생교육에서 중요하게 다루어지는 역량인 글로컬 시민역량과 의사소통, 윤리적 행동 역량들의 실태를 파악하고 이들 역량 간의 관계 및 영향을 대학생들을 대상으로 확인하는 데 그목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 12월 1일부터 30일까지 서울시 소재의 A 대학교 학생 총 465명에게 대학생 핵심역량 검사도구(K-CCCA, Korea-Collegiate Core Competencies Assessment)로 설문 조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 신뢰도, 기술통계, 피어슨 상관, 다중회귀분석으로 통계 처리하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 글로컬 시민역량이 의사소통과 윤리적 행동역량 보다 낮은 수준을 보였고 둘째, 글로컬 시민역량과 의사소통과 윤리행동역량은 총점 및 하위요인에서 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 상관을 보였다(p<.001). 마지막으로, 글로컬 시민역량 총점 및 하위요인은 의사 소통과 윤리적 행동역량 총점과 하위요인 모두에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01, p<.001). 본 연구는 글로벌 거버넌스 시대의 대학생들에게 평생교육 차원에서 실시되는 세계시민교 육에 포함되어야 할 주요 역량들을 검증하고 그 관계를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the current status of the glocal civic competence, communications and ethical behavior competences, which are important skills in lifelong education, and to identify the relationship and impact of these competencies on college students. In order to achieve this purpose, 465 students from A university in Seoul participated in glocal civic competence and communications, ethical behavior competence of K-CCCA from December 1 to 30, 2017 were analyzed. Data were statistically analyzed using cronbach alpha, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. As a result, first, communications and ethical behavior competence have higher score than glocal citizens competence. Second, glocal citizen competence and communications and ethical behavior competency in total and sub-factors were statistically significantly correlated (p<.01). Finally, the total, sub-factors glocal competency were found to affect both communications and ethnical behavior competency total and sub-factors (p<.01, p<.001). This study is meaningful in that it has validated the major competences that should be included in global civil education, which is conducted in a lifelong education for college students in the global governance era.
