교류분석이론을 통한 군 부적응 병사의 라켓감정에 대한 분석연구

An Analysis of Racquet Feelings of Maladaptive Soldiers through TA

본 연구는 교류분석이론을 통해서 부적응 병사들을 대상으로 심리적 특징이 가족영역, 심리·정 서적, 사회적, 조직영역으로 구분하여, 그들의 삶에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 원자료를 분석하여 26개의 내용을 구성하였으며, 공포감정을 가진 부적응 병사들이 경험하는 심리· 정서적 반응을 분석한 결과, 가족영역에서의 심리·정서적 반응은 부모에 대한 분노감정과 공격성, 적대심, 죄책감을 동시에 가지고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 어린 시절 심한 폭행과 폭음상태에서 자녀에게 신체적 폭력, 아내에 대한 폭행으로 인해 무기력이 반복되는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 영역에서, 타인과의 관계반응은 타인이 자신의 존재를 수용하지 않고 있다고 생각하고 있었으며, 죽음에 대한 공포를 강하게 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직영역의 반응은 조직의 부패와 경직으로 인한 피해공포로 나타났다. 어린 시절의 공포감정이 라켓감정으로 인해 반복, 지속적으로 고통을 경험 하는 것으로 드러났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological characteristics of maladaptive soldiers through the T.A, to identify their effects on their lives by classifying them into family, psychological- emotional, social, and organizational domains. Analyzing the original data, 26 contents were composed. As a result of the analysis of the psychological-emotional reactions experienced by the maladaptive soldiers with fearful feelings, the psychological-emotional responses in the family domain were found to have anger, aggression, hostility, and guilt at the same time .It is analyzed that psychological responses at the family level have scary feelings, aggression, and guilt of parents at the same time. In particular, childhood, severe violence and alcohol abuse have resulted in repetitive lethargy due to physical violence and assault on their wives and children. In the social domain, the reaction to the relationship with others was thought to be that others did not accept their existence, and that they experienced strong fear of death. The reaction of the organizational domain appeared to be the fear of corruption and stiffness of the organization. It was revealed that the fear feelings formed in childhood experienced repetitive and continuous pain due to racket feelings.
