Although there is much research on the harmful components contained in nail products and the organic compounds in the air in nail shops, the safety section for related products that are currently used in nail treatment urgently require legal regulation and improvement. Therefore, the present researcher proposes to improve and extend the legal regulation of the Full Ingredient Labeling of Cosmetic Products and to secure national safety through the analysis of deficiencies and improvement need points of all the ingredients of nail-related products. The research method is to examine the main ingredients and harmful substances of nail products and present condition of the full ingredient labeling of nail products through domestic and overseas literature and previous research, and the difference between the results of comparative analysis with developed countries. The results are as follow. First, in order to exam the production of all ingredient labeling applied to nail products, identification of the state of the product containers or packaging boxes was attempted but most were found to not be marked on the container itself. Second, as a result of reviewing the current status of Full Ingredient Labeling of Cosmetic Products applied to nail products, it was found that there are about 50 places where various brands of domestic nail products related to domestic products are integrated and handled. Among them, there were 35 places selling various Gel Polish . Third, according to the Full Ingredient Labeling of Cosmetic Products in Korea, Gel Polish among nail products is less than 15ml, which is equivalent to the omitted conditions in the current system. This area is a significant difference from the 5ml, which is the omission condition in Europe.
