AEO인증의 기대 편익이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effect of Expected Benefits of AEO Certification on the Business Performance

국제 무역 환경이 2001년 9.11 테러 이후 신속하고 안전한 거래를 요구하게 되었고, 수출입 물류에 대해 보안강화, 안전관리에 무역원활화에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 세관 당국으로부터 안전성과 신뢰성을 공인 받기 위해 각 기업들은 심사를 통하여 AEO제도를 도입하게 되었으 며, 신속통관, 검사면제 등 여러 가지 혜택이 주어진다. 본 연구는 AEO인증 편익이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위해 선행연구를 통해 AEO인증의 중요성과 인증 받은 기업들의 성과를 분석하였고, AEO편익으로 도출된 변수는 파트너십(장기간지속, 파트너사 요구 증가, 의사결정 참여, 자원 및 정보공유, 기업간 연계 정도), 효율성(해외 통간소요시간 단축, 업무처리 단축, 물류업무처리 효율화 향상) 및 프로세스(기업내 위험관리 절차 및 시스템 개선, 화물 추적 개선 공급망의 가시성, 보안 강화 및 화물 도안 방지 효과)를 독립변수로 설정하였고, 기업성과로는 서비스측면과 경제적 측면으로 구분하여 종속변수로 설정하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 변수로 설문지를 시행하여 인증 전의 중요도와 인증 후의 만족도에 대해 분석하였다. 분석을 한 결과 모든 항목들이 인증 전인 중요도보다 인증 후인 만족도가 낮은걸 확인할 수 있어, 기대치에 미치지 못하는 것으로 판단되었다. 시사점을 살펴보면 AEO인증 편익중 중요도와 만족도가 낮은 항목들은 성과에 미칠 수 있게 강화가 필요하며, 기업의 기대 편익에 맞추어 성취할 수 있게 개선방안을 제시하여 정부가 확장하여야 될 필요가 있다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study analyze the outcome of the precedent study in order to apprehend whether the AEO certification benefit influenced the business performance. Research design, data, methodology : In this paper, a questionnaire was presented through AEO certified business. Also multiple regression analysis and IPA analysis were performed as methodology. Results : The results of this study are as follows. First, the difference in average value confirmed that the expectation of certification was low in business performance by confirming that the satisfaction level after certification was lower than that before certification. Second, it was concluded that the hypothesis that the expected benefits would affect the business performance was partially adopted, and the items that were not all high in the scatter plot should be made comprehensive efforts to enable the business to benefit. Conclusions : Analysis results show that AEO certification was introduced, but companies do not have profit compared to expected results, and it is necessary for government and related organizations to actively promote the benefits of corporate AEO system and actively promote policies.
