잠재계층분석(LCA)을 이용한 기업영재의 플로우 조건과 특성 탐색

The Conditions and Characteristics of the Entrepreneurial Giftedness: A Latent Class Analysis Approach

본 연구의 목적은 기업영재의 경험을 플로우 조건에 따라 분류하고, 계층별 특성을 탐색하여 기업영재의 성공적인 잠재력 발현을 위한 플로우 경험을 독려하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경험표집법(ESM)을 바탕으로 기업영재 17명의 511개 반응을 수집하였으며, 잠재계층분석(LCA)를 이용하여 기업영재의 경험을 분류하고 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA)을 이용하여 경험 유형별 특성을 비교하였다. 기업영재의 경험은 불안, 지루함, 플로우 유형 순으로 분류되었으며 유형별로 플로우 상태를 나타내는 지표들에서 차이를 보였다. 기업영재의 플로우 경험 증진을 위한 내외적 환경을 마련하여 기업영재의 창의적 잠재력을 발현하도록 도와야 할 것이다.

The purpose of the current study is to classify the entrepreneurial gifted students’ experiences according to the conditions of the flow experiences. Based on the experience sampling method (ESM), 511 responses of 17 entrepreneurial gifted students were collected and analyzed by the latent class analysis(LCA). The experiences of the entrepreneurial gifted students were classified into anxiety, boredom, and flow type. The flow type showed higher scores than the other types in the index indicating the flow characteristics. The results of the current study enable to provide information about the enhancement of the entrepreneurial gifted students’ flow experience.
