Information Protection for IoT Users

In this study, we analyzed information security vulnerabilities of Internet of Things (IoT) and then suggested possible risks to users. This type of security review is essential before newly developed IoT technologies are used. We analyzed security vulnerabilities using open-source and commercialized source code for closed-circuit television (CCTV) and routers currently in the market. Based on the results of a vulnerability diagnostic tool, we proposed a method of information protection for users who use IoT technologies, such as CCTVs and routers.
