시흥혁신교육지구 학교상담사 발달 경험에 관한 연구: 5개년 상담(교)사 지원 사업 참여자를 중심으로

A Study on the Experience of Development of School Counselor: Focused on the participants of the 5 year counseling support project in Siheung Innovation Education District

본 연구의 목적은 「시흥혁신교육지구 5개년 상담(교)사 지원 사업-전문가 그룹 슈퍼비전 & 연수」에 참여한 학교상담사들의 발달 경험을 탐색하고, 이 사업이 학교 상담사의 발달에 어떤 도움이 되었는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 개념도 연구방 법을 사용하였다. 아이디어를 산출하기 위해 사업에 최소 2년 이상 참여하고 학교 근무 경력이 5년 이상 된 학교상담사 5명을 2018년 7월에 개별면접하였고, 「시흥혁 신교육지구 5개년도 사업추진 결과보고서」를 함께 활용하여 최종 78개의 진술문을 도출하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 이 사업에 1년 이상 참여한 10명의 학교상담사를 추가하여 총 15명의 참여자가 2018년 10월에 진술문을 분류․평정하고, 각 진술문이 전문성 발달에 미치는 중요도를 평가하였다. 이 자료로 다차원 척도법 및 위계적 군집분석을 실시하여 시흥혁신교육지구 학교상담사의 발달 경험에 관한 개념도를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 시흥혁신교육지구 학교상담사의 발달 경험은 ‘태도․정체성 및역할’ 축과 ‘관계 및 인식’ 축의 2차원으로 구성되었고, 범주는 총 7개로 ‘학교상담자 역할수행능력 향상’, ‘전문성 발달에 대한 인식’, ‘소진을 극복하고 정체성 형성’, ‘태도및 가치관’, ‘자문’, ‘그룹 슈퍼비전을 통한 사례연구’, ‘관계’로 명명되었다. 각 범주에 대한 중요도 평가결과 ‘태도 및 가치관’이 학교상담사의 전문성 발달에 가장 중요한 것으로 인식되고 있음이 확인되었다. 또한, 이 사업은 학교상담(교)사의 학교적응과 발달에 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to explore of the professional development experience of the school counselors who participated in the 「5-year counseling support project of Siheung Innovation Education District - Expert Group Supervision &Training」and to understand whether this project helped the counselors improve their expertise. To do this, the concept mapping also used research methods. In order to generate ideas, we interviewed five school counselors who have participated in the project for at least 2 years and have worked for 5 years or more at a school and utilized the results of the Supervision Satisfaction Survey in the 「5-year project result report of Siheung Innovation Education District」. Eventually, we derived final 78 staterments. To the data analysis, we added ten school counselors who participated in this project for more than one year. A total of 15 participants classified and evaluated the statements and rated the importance of each statement to professional development. A multidimensional scale and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to derive a conceptual diagram of the professional development experience of school counselors. As a result, the professional development experience of school counselors was composed of two dimensions of attitude, identity and role axis and relationship and recognition axis, and there were 7 categories - school counselor s role’, ‘awareness of professional development , ‘exhaustion overcome, identity formation’, ‘attitude and value’, ‘advisory’, ‘A case study on group supervision’, and ‘relationship.’ It was confirmed that attitude and value was the important category for the professional development of school counselors. Also, the project helped their school adaptation and development.
