간호대학생의 전문소생술 임상수행능력 향상 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용

Development and Application of Education Program for the Improvement of Clinical competency in Advanced Life Support of Nursing College Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전문소생술 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 평가를 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 교육프로그램은 ADDIE 교수 설계 모형을 기반으로 분석-설계-개발-실행-평가단계로 분석하였다. 분석 단계에서 전문소 생술 교육에 대한 요구도와 환경을 분석하고 문헌고찰을 실시하였으며, 설계 단계에 서는 학습 목표와 학습 구조를 설계하고, 교육프로그램의 내용과 절차를 수립하였으며 세부사항으로 간호 술기 수행, 팀 역할, 심정지 시뮬레이션 수행 교육을 설계하였 다. 개발 단계에서는 설계된 교육프로그램을 예비조사를 통해 수정, 보완하고 전문 가에게 타당성을 검증받았다. 실행단계에서는 구축된 교육프로그램을 간호대학생 4 학년 110명을 대상으로 2018년 10월 2주간 2회차의 교육을 실행하였다. 1회차 교육은 간호술기 수행 교육, 2회차 교육에는 심정지 시뮬레이션 수행 교육을 진행하였 다. 평가 단계에서는 교육의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사전, 사후에 지식, 간호술기 수행 자신감, 심정지 시뮬레이션 수행 자신감을 조사하였고 교육 만족도는 사후 에 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계 및 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 전문소생술 임상수행 능력 향상 교육프로그램 2회차 교육이 개발되었고 효과 검증에서는 전문소생술 지식 (t=-13.29, p<.001). 간호술기 수행 자신감 (t=-23.70, p<.001), 심정지 시뮬레이션 수행 자신감(t=-22.24, p<.001)이 통계적 으로 유의하게 증가되었으며, 교육만족도는 44.66점으로 높게 나타났다. 따라서 본연구가 심정지 응급상황에서 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키고, 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

This study was conducted to develop education programs and validate educational effects for nursing college senior to improve clinical competency in Advanced Life Support. The improve clinical competency in Advanced Life Support was developed based on the model of ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) professor design. In the analysis phase, the student needs, learning environment and literature review were analyzed. In the design phase, learning objectives and learning structure were designed in order to establish teaching-learning strategies. In the development phase, Advanced Life Support nursing skill, team role, cardiac arrest simulation performance and evaluation paper were developed. In the implementation phase, the developed clinical competency in Advanced Life Support were applied In the evaluation phase, this study was to verify the effects of the practice program for improving Clinical competency in Advanced Life Support on Knowledge before and after Advanced Life Support practice, confidence in nursing skill, confidence in performing cardiac arrest simulation, and satisfaction level of education after practice were identified. This study was conducted in October 2018, The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The research results show a knowledge (t=-13.29, p<.001). Self-confidence in nursing skill (t=-23.70, p<.001), confidence in performing the cardiac arrest simulation (t=-22.24, p<.001) increased statistically significantly, and the education satisfaction level was high at 44,66 points. Finally, we hope that this study will be used as an education to improve our ability to effectively cope with a severe emergency situation, and also to be a basis for developing various educational programs.
