부동산산업 윤리교육의 교육효과에 대한 탐색적 연구

A Study on the Educational Effect of Real Estate Industry Ethics Education

지금까지 부동산산업 각 영역에서의 윤리확립 방안은 주로 법과 제도적 통제 위주로 자율적인 통제보다는 외부적 통제방안 중심이었다. 그러나 기술의 발달과 더불어 산업이 변화함에 따라 비윤리적 형태도 법과 제도만으로 통제되기 어려운 양태로 변화하고 있어 자율 규제의 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 부동산산업분야 윤리에 대한 관심의 필요성이 대두되고 있으나 아직까지 그 진전은 크지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 부동산학과에서 이루어진 부동산산업 윤리수업에 참여한 학생들의 도덕적 판단력과 학업성취도를 분석하여 윤리교육의 효과와 윤리의식과 학업성취도와의 관계에 대해 고찰하여 효과적인 수업설계 방안의 모색에 기여하고자 하였다. 연구결과 명시적인 교육효과는 발견하지 못하였다. 다만 윤리의식의 또 다른 척도로 사용한 대리출석자는 시험성적에서 유의미하게 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 그 간 거의 연구가 되지 못하였던 부동산산업 분야의 윤리교육에 대한 시험적 연구를 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다.

Until now, the ethics of real estate industry has been mainly controlled by law and institution. However, as the industry changes with the development of technology, it has become more difficult to keep ethics in check only with lawsand institutions, and so, self -regulation becomes more important. Therefore, there is a need for more interest in ethics in the real estate industry, but the progress has not been great. This study analyzes moral judgment and performance of students who participated in real estate industrial ethics class in real estate department. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of ethics education and contribute to the effective design of instructional methods. As a result of the study, no explicit educational effect was found. However, the substitute attendees, who were used as another measure of the ethical consciousness, scored significantly lower on the tests than the students who regularly attended the class. This study is meaningful in that it tries to conduct a trial study on the ethics education in the field of real estate industry, which has been rarely studied.
