The purpose of this study is to develop ecological horticulture program for practical classroom implementation under grand theme of creativity and personality education. To achieve this aim, the purpose and elements of creativity and personality education were analysed through reference study. Then, ecological horticulture program was designed based on the creative thinking related researches. The program was verified for its suitability and preference by classroom teachers via survey. Synthesizing all the results of this study, designed ecological horticulture program enhances student’s creativity and personality development and also adequate for practical use in school as a part of creative experience activity curriculum. However, those practical obstacles like the deficiency of horticulture related materials and tools in some schools and the lack of teacher capacity must be solved for future creativity and personality education and horticultural activity within school. Proper future studies in relation to this research would be helpful to build up students creativity and character which this society calls on.
