In this study, experience of plant cultivation is not many, and maintenance preparation of training materials, teacher of elementary school feel the difficulty of management is easy access to the laboratory work of feature section and structure of one semester plant of fifth grade, and education to enhance the effect, it is executed to collect the basic data for the development of Parish. Teachers conduct experiments laboratory teaching there were many than most, teachers carrot utilization of laboratory work function section and structure of the root is not performed appeared a lot. The preparation of materials to bring to the students or the school was purchased in the bulk, rather than individual experiments were conducted experiments in the group of four or five people. The issues that have been pointed out most, it was to purchase and preparation of the plant, to reproduce the experimental results. To solve the problems of laboratory teaching teachers experience, This prevents the reduction or omission of laboratory teaching, study of the development and supply of the parish related to the structure and function of plants, plant teachers and students it is believed that while increasing knowledge and to contribute to enhance the effectiveness of educational eventually.
