식물을 소재로 한 미술활동이 아동의 심리적 안녕감과 공격성에 미치는 영향

Effects of Arts Activities Based on Plants on Psychological Well-Being and Aggression of Children

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of arts activities based on plants on psychological well-being and aggression of children. The arts activities based on plants program was organized with ‘drawing leaves, drawing tree trucks, dubbing tree, drawing landscapes, drawing still-life pictures, explaining own pictures and appreciating pictures of others.’ This program was applied to 82 students of 4th year classes in M elementary school from May to July, 2013. To evaluate the effects of arts activities based on plants, psychological well-being and aggression scale for pre-and post-tests were conducted twice. According to the results, frist, arts activities based on plants had a significant effect on the psychological well-being of children. Second, arts activities based on plants had a significant effect on aggression of children. Third, arts activities based on plants had not a effect on psychological well-being of male.
