학교 숲을 이용한 숲치유 프로그램이 대학생의 취업스트레스와 불안감에 미치는 영향

Effects of Forest Therapy Program in School Forest on Employment Stress and Anxiety of University Students

The purpose of this study is to identify whether a program using forest environment towards university students have effects on decrease of their stress from unemployment and anxiety. The subjects of this study are selected among who have no problem on their health and university students, also who attended this study voluntarily. The subjects are divided into experimental group and controlled group and the subjects’ number of each groups were 35, and 32. Total 8 times forest therapy (60 minutes for one-time) are applied to the experimental group and the controlled group is allowed to keep their routine as usual. Measurement tools of this study were CMI(Cornell Medical Index) and STAI-X-1, STAI-X-2, which were used for measuring stress from unemployment and state-anxiety, trait-anxiety. It showed that CMI score is reduced significantly in post-score in the experimental group which attended forest therapy program(F=42.276, P= .000). According to results of STAI-X-1, there was significant reduction(F=78.145, P .000) and there was significant reduction( F=48.639, p= .000 ) in results of STAI-X-2. As a result, it is identified that a program using forest environment to university students have effects on decrease in their stress from unemployment and anxiety.
