서울시 중학생들의 숲 체험 프로그램 만족도 및 요구도 분석

An Analysis on Satisfaction and Demands of Forest Experience Program for Middle School Students in Seoul

This study is conducted mainly with surveys for the purpose of raising the satisfaction rate of on-going forest experience program. The research samples middle school students in Seoul from 12 individual programs in May when they are the busiest and the most active. A questionnaire is categorized with three parts, general information, satisfaction and demand, comprised of total 43 questions. Survey database is analyzed through a descriptive analysis, the t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics V.20. Questionnaire survey has sampled the target population of 247 students. The survey result concludes that it is shown the satisfaction of programs are above satisfactory. Overall, students who are interested in the environment are more satisfied with the program than the others. With a allocated number of leaders, it has shown that it needs to allocate small groups per leader rather than big group to make students satisfy the program. Most of students construes forest experience as a productive moment and express willingness to re-participate. It is shown students prefer the program that is 1 and half hours at least once a month. Lastly, In the structure of the program, it is shown it needs more hands-on work oriented activities than explanation.
