The Condition of Use and Problem Analysis of Technical Reference Materials for Landscape Plants Production

This survey was conducted to prepare the landscape plants cultivation manual, to investigate the reference materials used in farms, and analyze the problems. The results were summarized as follows; In the source of reference materials, the use of internet showed the highest rate by 22.5%. On parts of seeds preparation among the landscape plants production technique references, the most insufficient item was germination treatment methods with the highest rate by 35.8%. The main reason of that was due to technological difference in application to farm which showed the highest rate by 39.8%. The most technically insufficient item on the parts of propagation was the information of temperature & humidity on landscape plants production with the highest rate by 30%, and the main reason turned out to be technological difference in application to farm which showed the highest rate by 45.8%. The most technically lacked item on parts of planting and management was disease and insect with the highest rate by 24.8%, and the reason for it lack of information related to planting and management was no relevant material on planting and management which showed the highest rate by 42.9%. The most lacked item on parts of distribution sector was distribution channel with highest rate by 47.2%, and the reason to think it lack of information related to distribution channel was relevant material on distribution which showed the highest rate by 54.3%.
