노인 돌봄 서비스 수요의 급속한 증가에 대비한 사회공헌활동 나눔은행 활용방안

우리사회는 급속한 인구의 고령화와 베이비부머 세대들의 고령진입으로 인하여 노인돌봄 서비스에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 출산율의 저하, 핵가족화, 맞벌이 가정의 증가, 부양의식의 약화 등의 사회적 요인들은 노인 돌봄에 대한 가족 간의 갈등과 부담을 가중시키고 있다. 본 연구는 노인돌봄에 대한 개인 및 가족의 부담과 사회적 비용을 경감시키기 위하여 노인돌봄 서비스 수요의 급속한 증가에 대비한 사회공헌활동 나눔은행제도를 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 고령화와 노인돌봄수요의 증가요인, 사회공헌활동에 대한 개념, 사회공헌활동 나눔은행 제도의 구체적인 운영체계 방안을 검토하였다. 노블레스 오블리주와 시민운동으로서의 사회공헌활동에 대한 인식을 함양함으로써 성숙한 시민사회의 새로운 공통가치를 세우고 나눔문화를 확립하여 복지사회로 나가는 데 기여할 것이다.

Owing to rapid aging population and entry into old age of the baby boomers in our society, it is expected to increase greater demand for elderly care services. But the social factors such as falling birth rate, getting nuclear family, increasing double-income family, downturn of consciousness of supporting for the elderly, intensify the dissension and burden about elderly care between family members. The purpose of this study is to suggest the corporate social responsibility share bank system against rapid increasing demand in elderly care services for reduction burden of individual and family and also social expense about elderly care. For this, this study has been examined the factors of aging and the increasing demand in elderly care services, concept of corporate social responsibility, concrete management system of corporate social responsibility share bank. By enhancement of corporate social responsibility as the noblesse oblige and civic movements, it could contribute to make progress toward welfare society with establishment new commom value and share culture.
