자원봉사센터의 서비스지향성이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 자원봉사센터의 서비스지향성이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하기 위한 것으로서 조사대상은 248개 전국자원봉사센터에서 근무하고 있는 자원봉사관리자이며, 설문조사는 2009년 8월 26일부터 9월 20일 까지 진행되어 설문 회수된 507부를 분석에 사용하였다. 다중회기분석방법으로 분석한 결과 사업성과는 서비스지향성의 하부요인 중 서비스리더십, 인적자원관리, 서비스시스템과, 직무만족은 서비스접촉, 인적자원관리, 서비스시스템과, 조직몰입은 서비스접촉, 인적자원관리와, 조직효과성은 서비스접촉, 인적자원관리, 서비스시스템과 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이상과 같이 자원봉사센터의 서비스지향성은 조직효과성에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is organizational effectiveness of the volunteer centers, and to empirically analyze the relationship between service orientation and organization effectiveness. The results of multiple regression analysis on the influence of service orientation at volunteer centers based on business profitability, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness are as follows; The business performance was found to be statistically significant with service leadership practices, human resource management practices, and service systems practices. Job satisfaction was shown to be statistically significant with service encounter practices, human resource management practices, and service systems practices. It was found that organizational commitment was statistically significant with service encounter practices and human resource management practices. Organizational effectiveness was also shown to be statistically significant with service encounter practices, human resource management practices, and service systems practices As for the above, the service orientation level of the volunteer center was in order of service leadership practices, service encounter practices, human resource management practices, and service systems practices. The relationship between sub-factors for service orientation and organizational effectiveness was indicated to be in order of human resource management practices, service systems practices, and service leadership practices. Accordingly, the service orientation of volunteer center was known to have influence upon organizational effectiveness.
