자원봉사자의 활동요인이 참여태도에 미치는 영향과 갈등수준의 조절효과

The Influence of the Volunteers Activity Factors on their Participatory Attitudes and the Moderating Effect of Conflict Level

본 연구는 자원봉사 활동요인이 그 참여태도에 미치는 영향과 그러한 영향력이 갈등관리 방안구축에 어떠한 유용한 정보를 제공하는지를 알아보는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 자원봉사센터와 사회복지기관에 소속된 413명의 자원봉사자이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 갈등수준 변인이 조절변수로서 작용한다는 점과, 가치중심의 자원봉사조직에서 갈등수준은 자원봉사자들의 참여태도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 조절변수로서 작용하여 다른 독립변인들에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 관리조정 자는 자원봉사자의 사회적 책임감과 감정이입적 관심을 고무하는 프로그램을 도입하여 가치지향적 동기를 강화함으로써 갈등의 역기능적 효과를 예방하는 방향성을 제시해야 함을 알 수 있다.

This study is to know how the activate factor for volunteer impacts with the attitude of participation and how the influence power provide useful information on building a conflict management measures. This carries out a survey targeting 413 volunteers in the Volunteer Center and the affiliated to social welfare agencies. We used SPSS Win 12.0 for the data analysis and performed frequency analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and adjusted regression analysis. This study shows that variable factor on the conflict level works in the control factor to the participation attitude of the volunteer, and the level of conflict in the value-oriented volunteer organization has no direct effect on the attitude of volunteer however, the level of conflict acted as a control variable and has affected on another independent variables. Based on the results of this research, in order to strengthen the volunteer’s value-oriented motivation, a volunteer management has to introduce a program that inspires social responsibility and empathetic interest for the volunteer, and they will come to know that the directional station must be presented to prevent the adverse effect of conflict.
