DACUM 기법을 활용한 메이커 교육 지도교사의 직무 분석

Job Analysis of Teachers for Maker Education using the DACUM Method

이 연구는 메이커 교육을 담당하는 메이커 교육 지도교사에 대한 직무를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 직무분석 기법 중의 하나인 DACUM 기법을 활용하여 메이커 교육 지도교사의 직무의 특성을 규명하고 직무를 구성하는 임무와 과업, 과업별 중요도, 난이도, 빈도 등의 정보를 도출하여 메이커 교육 지도교사의 DACUM 차트를 제시하였다. DACUM 직무 분석은 DACUM 분석가, 전문가 위원 등 13명으로 구성된 DACUM 위원회를 구성하여, 2018년 12월 15일-16일의 이틀 동안 DACUM 워크숍을 통해 수행되었다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 메이커 교육 지도교사의 임무는 메이커 교육 환경 조성, 메이커 수업 연구, 메이커 수업 준비, 메이커 수업 활동, 메이커 활동 평가, 메이커 결과물 공유, 메이커 진로 교육, 메이커 활동 생활지도, 지도교사 자기 계발, 메이커 관련 행정 업무의 10가지가 도출되었으며 그에 따른 88개의 과업이 분석되었다. 둘째, 도출된 각 임무에 따른 과업별 중요도, 난이도, 빈도를 수준에 따라 구분하였으며, 각각의 과업이 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 능력인지의 여부를 제시하였다. 셋째, 메이커 교육 지도 교사에게 필요한 일반적인 지식과 기능, 태도, 공구, 기계, 자재 및 소모품, 장래 전망과 특성에 대한 전문가들의 의견을 종합하여 DACUM 차트를 완성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze job of teachers for maker education using DACUM method. The contents of this study were to identify the duties, specific tasks performed and the level of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task. This study also make out a DACUM chart of teachers for maker education. A DACUM job analysis was conducted through the DACUM Workshop in December 2018, with a committee composed of 13 members, including a facilitator, 10 expert panel members, a recorder and a coordinator. The conclusions are as follows; First, this study defines a teacher for maker education as ‘a person who conducting the maker education.’ Second, duties in job of teachers for maker education were total 10 (preparation of maker education environment, maker teaching, evaluation of maker teaching, teaching of maker class, students guidance, guidance counseling, research activities of maker education, self-development, administrative work) and total tasks in job of teachers for maker education were 88. Third, this study determine the level of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level about each task. Finally, this study make out a DACUM chart of robotics teacher for maker education based on the results of DACUM job analysis. And knowledge, skills, tools, and positive behaviors, future trends/concerns about robotics teachers for elementary education were presented.
