예비유아교사의 수학 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 구조적 관계 분석

Analysis on the Structural Relationship of the Variables that gives Impact on Pre-Service Early Childhood Teacher s Mathematics Teaching Efficacy

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 수학에 대한 신념, 수학 교과 교육학 지식, 수학에 대한 태도, 자기조절 학습능력이 예비 유아교사의 수학 교수효능감에 미치는 직ㆍ간접적인 영향을 살펴보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 2016년 11월 7일부터 12월 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 479명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 수학 교과 교육학 지식, 수학에 대한 태도, 자기조절 학습능력은 수학 교수 효능감에 직접적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 수학 교과 교육학 지식은 자기조절 학습능력에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤을 뿐만 아니라 자기조절 학습능력을 매개로 하여 수학 교수 효능감에도 간접적인 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과는 예비 유아교사의 수학 교수 효능감을 높이기 위해서는 수학 교과 교육학 지식과 수학에 대한 태도 및 자기조절 학습능력 증진이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

This study is purposed to observe how pre-service early childhood teacher s beliefs a out mathematics, pedagogical content knowledge of mathematics teaching, attitude toward mathematics, and self-regulated learning capability directly and indirectly impacts mathematics teaching efficacy, the effects of attitude toward mathematic on mathematics teaching efficacy, and the mediating effects of self-regulated learning capability. The objects of this study were 479 pre-service early childhood teachers, who took the education in the early childhood mathematics in an university and completed the credit. Data collection was made through questionnaires and surveys, excluding unfaithful answers. Firstly, the results of the pedagogical content knowledge of mathematics, attitude toward mathematics and self- regulated learning capability gives only direct impacts to mathematics teaching efficacy. Secondly, When pedagogical content knowledge of mathematics teaching gives impact on mathematics teaching efficacy, connected to self-regulated learning capability. These results showed the path of the variables affecting the teaching efficacy of mathematics presents the pre-service teachers need to improve on mathematical instructional efficacy, teaching mathematics pedagogy knowledge, mathematic attitude and self control learning aility.
