간호대학생의 공감지수와 회복탄력성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향

Influence of Empathy and Resilience on Interpersonal Competence of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감지수와 회복탄력성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C도와 D시의 간호대학에 재학 중인 175명이다. 자료수집은 2018년 6월 1일부터 30일까지 실시되었 다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation과 hierarchical multiple regression이 실시되었다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 공감지수, 회복탄력성과 대인관계 유능성 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계 가 있었다. 또한 회귀분석 결과, 간호대학생의 성격, 공감지수와 회복탄력성이 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 대인관계 유능성을 34.4% 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 대인관계 유능성을 높이기 위해서는 공 감지수와 회복탄력성을 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

This descriptive study investigated the effects of empathy and resilience on interpersonal competence of nursing students. The participants were 175 nursing students in C-do and D city. Data were collected from June 1 to 30, 2018. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 22.0 program. The regression model that included character, empathy, and resilience explained about 34.4% of interpersonal competence. Empathy and resilience were an important predictor of the interpersonal competence of nursing students. Therefore, strategics to improve empathy and resilience are needed to increase interpersonal competence in nursing students.
