교직원 리더십 역량개발기관의 교육과정 재구성 실천 방안 탐색

Exploring the Practice of Reconstructing the Curriculum of Faculty Leadership Competency Development Institutes: Focusing on K-university case

본 연구는 교직원 리더십 역량개발기관으로서 교직원 연수와 연수기관이 제공하는 교육과정에 대하여 분석해보고, 교직원의 전문성과 관련한 바람직한 연수와 연구의 미래지향적 교육과정 재구성 실천방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2018년 8월부터 12월까지 문헌연구를 통한 실태와 사례를 분석하고, 같은 기간에 면담을 통한 질적 연구를 병행하였다. 그 결과 교육과정 재구성 실천방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동(혁신)교육과정 운영의 필요성이다. 둘째, 야간 인문학 교양 교육과정의 공동운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외교육 체험연수의 공동 운영이다. 넷째, 학기 집중 운영제로 연수원 프로그램과 연계하는 방안이다. 다섯째, 현장 기반의 리더십 연구센터 운영을 제안한다. 여섯째, 최고 교육리더 과정 운영을 제안하고자 한 다. 본 연구가 특수기관의 사례를 연구한다는 제한점이 있으나, 미래 학교변화의 초석을 쌓는 연구의 시발점이 되길 기대해본다

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum provided by the faculty training and training institute as the leadership capacity development of the faculty, and to search for the practice of reconstructing the future oriented curriculum of the desirable training and the research related to the professionalism of the faculty. To do this, I analyzed the actual situation and case through literature research and conducted qualitative research through interview. As a result, the following are the practice of reconstructing the curriculum. First, it is the necessity of running a joint curriculum. Second, it is necessary to co-operate night curriculum of liberal arts curriculum. Third, joint operating for overseas training experience. Fourth, it is a plan to connect with the training center program for the semester concentrated operation. Fifth, I propose to operate a field based leadership research center. Sixth, I would like to suggest the operation of the best educational leader course. Although this study has limitations in studying cases of special institutions, I hope that it will be a starting point for research that will lay the foundation of future school change.
