취업스트레스가 대학생의 자살행동에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Job Search Stress of College Students on Suicide Behavior: Ego resilience s Mediating Effect and Gender Difference Verification

본 연구는 대학생의 취업스트레스가 자살행동에 미치는 과정에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하고, 이 구조관계에서 성별 간의 차이를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구윤리 확보를 위해 공용기관생명윤리위원회로부터 연구승인을 (P01-201810-22 -005)을 획득한 후 경기도 경상북도, 부산광역시에서 조사된 대학생 334명을 최종 분석하였다. SPSS Ver.21.0과 AMOS Ver.18.0 프로그램을 통해 기술 통계분석, 독립표본 t-검정, 상관관계분석, 분산분석(ANOVA), 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 시행하였다. 주요결과는 첫째, 취업스트레스는 대학생의 자살행동에 정적(positive)으로 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자아탄력성은 대학생의 자살행동에 부적(negative)으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 대학생의 취업스트레스와 자살행동과의 관계에서 자아탄력성은 부분매개효과가 있다. 넷째, 취업스트레스가 자살행동에 미치는 과정에서 여학생 집단에서만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 취업스트레스가 자아탄력성에 미치는 부적인 영향, 자아탄력성이 자살행동에 미치는 부적인 영향은 여학생 보다 남학생이 더 강하게 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of ego resilience in the process of job search stress of college students toward suicide behavior and then to examine gender differences in this structural relationship. In order to secure research ethics, research approval was obtained from IRB(P01-201810-22-005) and then the research was conducted 334 college students in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeonggi-do and Busan. Statistical analysis, Independent sample t-test, Correlation analysis, ANOVA, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were conducted through SPSS Ver.21.0 and AMOS Ver.18.0 programs. The main results are as follows: First, job search stress affects suicide behavior positively in college students. Second, ego resilience negatively affects college students suicide behavior. Third, ego resilience has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between college students job search stress and suicide behavior. Fourth, the effect of job search stress on suicide behavior was significant only in female students group. Fifth, negative effects of job search stress on ego resilience and negative effects of ego resilience on suicide behavior were found to be stronger for male students than for female students.
