Ulnar Tunnel에서의 자신경 포착으로 인한 운동 마비의 보양환오탕가감방과 중성어혈약침 병행치료 증례보고

A Case Report of Motor Paralysis of Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome Treated by Boyanghwano-tang (Buyanghaiwu-tang) Gagam and Jungsongouhyul Pharmacopuncture

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the effect of korean medicine treatment including Boyanghwano-tang(Buyanghaiwu-tang) Gagam and Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture on ulnar nerve motor paralysis. Methods A Patient with ulnar nerve paralysis was treated by korean medicine treatment including Boyanghwano-tang(Buyanghaiwu-tang) Gagam and Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture. To investigate the outcome of the patient s improvement, we observed changes of the claw hand and changes in the adduction, abduction of the fourth(4th), fifth(5th) fingers. Results After treatments, claw hand, adduction and abduction of the 4th, 5th fingers recovered to normal. Conclusions Korean medicine treatment including Boyanghwano-tang(Buyanghaiwu-tang) Gagam and Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture showed effect to motor paralysis of ulnar tunnel syndrome. However, further research should be followed.
