This study aimed to provide a foundation for moving beyond the superficial perception of sexuality through a framework of consequentialism that earlier studies on deviant behaviors in the taekwondo community that sought to prevent such behaviors have adopted, by considering people’s unconscious self-determination of their acts of sexual violence as the basic foundation of the acts with the aim of fundamentally preventing sexually deviant behaviors based on constitutionalism, which is the law of reality. Based on this purpose, the following results were obtained. First, the mechanism of ‘people’s unconscious self-determination of their acts of sexual damage to others’ is based on ‘a choice to sacrifice others to their living desire for self-preservation and creation.’ Second, their desire for self-preservation and creation are causally related to the deviant behaviors of those in power through active self-variation, as they are ‘subordinate to the victory-oriented national system that guarantees winner-takes-all in the field of taekwondo’ as constitutionalism that we believe in and trust. Third, the causes of the unconscious self-determination and sexually deviant behaviors observed in the field of taekwondo were discussed within the framework of constitutionalism. Those in the field of taekwondo perceive others as someone to be conquered, and have hidden desires to unilaterally satisfy their sexual needs. In addition, the dark side of the safe constitutional system that we believe in and trust involves contradictions and risks that sacrifice others to the instinct of capital.
