The patient was subject to Muscle Energy Technique, Shinbaro pharmacopuncture, Motion Style Acupuncture Treatment, The patient s NRS, ROM, and MMT grade were re-evaluated at discharge. Results Following a 47-day inpatient treatment, NRS scores dropped from 6 to 1, Dorsiflexion showed an increase from 0° to 40°, and the MMT grade of Dorsiflexion showed an increase from 1 to 4, all indicating favorable treatment outcomes. Conclusion Korean traditional approach for the treatment of peroneal nerve injury due to prolonged compression appears to be effective.
