Effect of Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture Complex Therapy on Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with Lumbosacral Transitional Vertebrae

Objectives This clinical study was to investigate the effectiveness of Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture complex therapy on lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbosacral transitional vertebrae. Methods A patient with lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbosacral transitional vertebrae was treated by Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture complex therapy. We applied 0.01~0.02cc of Bee Venom on GV 3 , BL 25 , BL 26 , BL 27 . To investigate effectiveness of treatment we used Visual Analogue Scale, Oswestry Low-back pain disabiliby index per 7 days. Results 1. The Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture complex therapy deceased low back pain with Both L/E numbness. 2. As a result of evaluation by Visual Analogue Scale, Oswestry Low-back pain disabiliby index the score marked lower than before treatment and after treatment. Conclusion Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture complex therapy deceased low back pain with Both L/E numbness that patient have lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbosacral transitional vertebrae.
