The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Chinese tourist’s friendly service, hotel and accommodation service, public service, public transportation service, tourist information service, Shopping mall employee service factor and analyze the effect of these factors on the satisfaction of Korea tourism. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the kindness service, hotel and lodging service, public institution service, tourist guide service and shopping mall service of the Korean people had a positive effect on satisfaction, I think it is. This means that there are not many places to get information on Korean public transportation guides. In addition, public transportation facilities are good, but because they are too complicated, they face strange, difficult and complicated traffic conditions for foreigners. In particular, since Chinese tourists already have a clear image of the tourist image and the purpose of tourism in Korea, it is impossible to attract tourists to Korea, It is time to develop and promote the service actively.
