The study aims to examine the problems and solution of the online dispute resolution system which plays an essential role in the use of CBET transactions. This study analyzes the concept of online dispute resolution and international discussion. To this end, it deals with the concepts and characteristics of litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR), and Online Dispute Resolution(ODR), and discusses the types of ODR and the problems associated with using the ODR system. In addition, it suggests the necessary methods for the ODR system of CBET based on the international discussion on the ODR system to resolve various disputes arising from the CBET transactions. In particular, it is necessary to consider accessibility, economic efficiency, transparency, fairness, and effective communication means in order to build an ODR specialized institution. Also, it is necessary to develop a technology that allows users to easily use ODR services without complicated devices or equipment so that the public can easily access them.
