In the modern global business environment, it is critical for companies to utilize technological innovation and enhance customer satisfaction. This research aims to identify the effects of supply chain innovation that are imposed on business performance after implementation of ISO 9000. The research was conducted using 330 large and medium-sized companies that engage in quality business management and supply chain management, most of whom are involved with import and export manufacturing. First, the results show that the basic level (BL) of ISO 9000 has a positive effect on customer process innovation (CPI), supplier process innovation (SPI), and information technology (IT). Second, the advanced level (AL) of ISO 9000 has a negative effect on the CPI, SPI, and IT of supply chain innovation. Third, the support level (SL) of ISO 9000 has a positive effect on the CPI, SPI, and IT of supply chain innovation. Fourth, quantitative and qualitative business performance has a positive effect on the CPI, SPI, and IT of supply chain innovation. The findings should be of interest to a wide range of global supply chain participants.
