영아의 어린이집 적응에 대한 교사-부모의 인식 연구

A study on investigating teachers and parents’ perception about infants and toddlers’ adaptation to childcare center

본 연구는 영아의 어린이집 적응 과정동안 부모와 교사의 협력적인 관계 형성 방안 모색을 위해 영아의 어린이집 적응 프로그램에 대한 부모의 이해와 참여 실태와 영아의 어린이집 적응에 대한 부모와 교사의 인식, 영아의 적응과정에서 갖는 부모와 교사의 어려움, 부모와 교사의 요구사항을 조사한 연구이다. 이를 위해 부모용 설문지는 30문항, 교사용 설문지는 22문항으로 구성되었으며, 영아 자녀를 어린이집에 보내고 있는 부모 114명과 영아반 교사 177명을 대상으로 조사되어 통계 분석되었 다. 조사된 자료의 연구 결과와 논의를 바탕으로 부모-교사 협력 방안의 체계적·장 기적 구성의 필요, 영아의 어린이집 적응과정과 특징에 대한 교사와 부모의 협력적 정보 공유, 가정의 형편을 고려한 교실 참여 시간 조절, 온-오프라인을 활용한 영아의 적응 정보 지원의 필요로 협력적 관계 형성 방안을 제시하였다.

This study was to investigate teachers and parents’ perception to help infants and toddlers’ adaptation to childcare center to enhance the partnership between teachers and parents of infants and toddlers’ during adaptation period in childcare center. This study had 4 questions about parents’ perception of adaptation program for their children and actual condition of parents’ participating adaptation program, the difficulties and needs of parents and teachers to help infants and toddlers’ adaptation to child care center. The questionaries were included 30 questions for parents, and 22 questions and distributed to 177 childcare teachers and 114 parents. The suggestions were described based on results and discussions. The suggestions are; First, the systematic long-term plans are needed to build partnership between parents and teachers. Second, teachers and parents can share the process and characteristics of infants and toddlers about adaptation to childcare center during adaptation period. Third, the classroom participation time should be differentiated based on family conditions. Fourth, the information about children’s adaptation can be sent to parents by on-off line.
