융복합 이벤트에서 식공간 연출 전시역할 활성화 방안 연구 - 2018 G-세라믹페어 테이블웨어 전시 사례 중심으로 -

A Study on the Promotion of the Role of Dining Space Creation Exhibition in the Convergence Event - Focused on the Tableware Exhibition in the G-Ceramic Fare 2018 -

본 연구는 ｢2018 G-세라믹페어 테이블웨어｣전시 사례를 분석하여, 향후 융복합 이벤트에서 식공간 연출 전시역할 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위해 수행되었으며 집약된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 테이블웨어 연출 전시역할의 경우, 테이블세팅의 대중화, 도자에 대한 관심도, 실용성, 구매욕구 순으로 나타났으며, 기타 의견으로는 방문객에게 유익한 볼거리 제공 등이 있었다. 둘째, 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 전시・운영에 있어 온라인을 통한 테이블웨어 공모전 투표과정에 대한 긍정적 요소는 투표편의성, 홍보 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 부정적 요소로는 투표접근성, 공정성 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 전시・운영에 있어 전시과정에서의 멘토와의 협업과정에 대한 긍정적인 요소는 협력성, 작품다양성 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 부정적 요소는 소통부재, 시간부족 등의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 전시・운영에 있어 주최 측에서 제공한 서비스의 긍정적 요소는 정보제공, 전시지원 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 부정적인 요소는 전시 주최 측과의 소통부족, 전시 지원품 부족 등의 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 전시・운영에 있어 전시공간의 물리적 환경에 대한 의견은 부스크기, 편의성 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 기타 의견으로는 휴게 시설 부족등이 있었다. 향후 융복합 이벤트로서의 2018 G-세라믹페어에서 식공간 전시연출 활성화하기 위해서는식공간연출 전시를 전문화하기 위한 법・제도적 측면, 교육적 측면, 산업적 측면에 대한 연구가 이어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study was conducted to analyze the exhibition case of 2018 G-Ceramic Fair Tableware and to prepare measures for expanding and promoting exhibition of Dining Space Design in the future convergence event, and the results are as following. First, in the case of the exhibition role for applying the Observer Type Event to the Profit Type Event, there were popularization of table setting , interest in ceramics . Second, in the case of exhibition process to apply Needs-Satisfy Type Event to Profit Type Event, positive factors of voting process of online tableware contest were voting convenience , and negative factors were accessibility and fairness . Third, positive factors of collaboration with the mentor in the exhibition preparation process were cooperation and work diversity , and negative factors were communication and lack of time . Fourth, positive factors of the service provided by the organizers during the preparation of the exhibition were ‘information provision’ and ‘exhibition support’, and negative factors were information provision of Organizer and Lack of exhibition support objects . Fifth, regarding the physical environment of the exhibition space, there were opinions such as booth size and convenience . Sixth, Sixth, in the case of development measures to expand the role of tableware direction and display in the convergence event, there were opinions such as expansion of collaboration , promotion of exhibition ,. For the suggestions, it will be necessary to continue research on legal and institutional aspects, educational aspects, and industrial aspects in order to specialize dining space design exhibition..
