방문간호 간호조무사 교육생의 감염관리 지식이 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향

Effects of Visiting Nursing Assistant Trainees Knowledge of the Infection Control on the Performance of the Infection Control

본 연구는 방문간호 간호조무사 교육생 110명을 대상으로 감염관리 지식과 감염 관리 수행도를 파악하고 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였 다. 연구의 자료수집기간은 2019년 2월부터 3월까지였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 감염관리 지식은 0.76점, 감염관리 수행도는 4.06점이었고, 대상자의 특성 중 연령, 근무지, 근무경력, 감염관리 교육경험, 감염관리 교육경험 횟수, 지각한 감염관리 지식수준이 감염관리 수행도에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 감염관리 지식과 감염관리 수행도는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며, 감염관리 지식, 근무경력, 감염관리 교육 경험, 감염관리 교육경험 횟수와 지각한 감염관리 지식수준은 감염관리 수행도의 83.9%를 예측 설명하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 감염관리 수행도에 영향을준 변수는 감염관리 교육경험, 감염관리 지식, 지각한 감염관리 지식수준이었다. 본연구 결과는 방문간호 간호조무사의 감염관리 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate knowledge in relation to performance of the infection control and to identify factors influencing performance of the infection control in visiting nursing assistant trainee. The subjects were 110 visiting nursing assistant trainee. Data were collected from February to March, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS statistics 19.0 program. The average score for knowledge of the infection control was 0.76 points and performance of the infection control was 4.06 points. A significant difference was found in performance of the infection control according to age, work place, working period, education experience of the infection control, frequency of the infection control education and self awareness on knowledge of the infection control. Knowledge of the infection control had significant correlations with performance of the infection control. Performance of the infection control explained 83.9% of the variance in knowledge of the infection control, working period, education experience of the infection control, frequency of the infection control education and self awareness on knowledge of the infection control. Factors influencing performance of the infection control were education experience and knowledge of the infection control and self awareness on knowledge of the infection control. The results may help develop systemic educational programs to manage the infection control of visiting nursing assistant.
