윤리적 의사결정 능력 향상을 위한 토의식 영화간호교육 효과: Value, Be, Do 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 기반으로

Effectiveness of Disccusion Cinenurducation for Improving Ethical Decision Making Ability: Based on Value, Be, Do Ethical Decision Making Model

본 연구는 높은 수준의 도덕적 판단과 윤리적 의사결정이 요구되는 간호대학생에게 영화를 활용하여 Value, Be, Do 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 적용한 토론식 영화간호 교육을 시행한 후 도덕 판단력, 윤리적 의사결정, 생명윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구기간은 2018년 10월 31일부터 12월 5일까지이며 연구 참여에 자발적으로 동의한 간호학과 1학년에 재학 중인 21명을 대상으로 영화를 활용 하여 Value, Be, Do 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 적용한 토론식 영화간호교육 프로그램을 1회 2시간씩, 총 8회기를 중재하기 전과 후에 도덕 판단력, 윤리적 의사결정, 생명 윤리의식에 관한 설문조사를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 중재 전과 후의 도덕적 판단력은 4수준 점수와 p점수가 유의하게 증가하였으며, 윤리적 의사결정은 이상적 판단과 현실적 판단에서 유의하게 증가하였으며, 생명의료윤리의식은 사전보다 사후가 증가하여 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 인간 중심의 학문인 간호학을 전공하는 학생들의 인문학적인 소양을 함양시켰을 뿐만 아니라 추후 전문간호직 간호사로서 임상현장실습 뿐만 아니라 취업 이후에도 윤리적 의사결정 능력 및 도덕 판단력을 함양하고 올바른 생명윤리의식을 고취할 수 있다고 판단되어진다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of moral judgment, ethical decision - making, and life - style nursing education on nursing college students who need high level moral judgment and ethical decision - And to understand the effect on ethical consciousness. The study period was from October 31, 2018 to December 5, and the subjects of the study were 21 students who were studying in the first year of nursing. A total of 8 sessions were measured before and after intervention. The results showed that the moral judgment ability before and after the intervention was 4 levels (pre 21.29, post 29.24, z; -3.987, p <.001) and P score (pre 40.78, post 53.54, z; -.3921, p <.001) and Ethical decision making is ideal judgment (pre 22,95, post 29,19, z; -7,061, p <.001) the realistic judgment (pre 20.76, post 25.43, z, -5.946, p <.001) and Bioethical consciousness was 92.67 in the pre and 106.52 in the post (z; -4.017, p <.001). Through this study, not only did we cultivate the humanities of students majoring in nursing, which is a human-centered academic discipline, but also a professional nursing nurse as a professional nursing nurse in the future, as well as clinical practice, as well as cultivating moral decision- It is judged that it was able to inspire. Therefore, it is recommended to consider this program not only one time but also regularly, so that it can be used in other subjects as well as nursing.
