예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 국내학술지 연구동향 분석

Research trends on educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers

본 연구에서는 예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 국내학술지 논문의 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 관련 연구의 방향성에 대한 제언을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2003년 처음 발표된 이후부터 최근 2018년까지 지난 15년 동안 한국연구재단 등재지인 학술지 15편에 게재된 논문 총 169편을 선정하여 연구시기별, 연구주제별, 그리고 연구방법별 동향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 연구는 2003년부터 시작하여 2009년과 2013년에 급증하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 연구주제별 분석에 따르면 현황조사나 교육프로그램에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어진데 반해 실습 정책 및 제도에 대한 연구는 전무하였다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향 분석결과, 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 하는 양적연구가 다수 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 통 해 향후 교육실습 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다.

This study explored the research trends about educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers and tried to propose the prospective direction of future research studies. To do this, a total of 169 original research papers published in 15 domestic journals over the last 15 years since 2003 were selected. The research trends of these papers were analyzed by study period, research content, and research method. The main results were as follows: First, there has been a surge in research related to the educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers in 2009 and in 2013. Second, according to the result about research content, authentic survey and research about the educational programs were high, while the study about administrative support including practicum policy and incentives were scarce. Third, in the tendency by the type of research, the proportion of quantitative research through survey and the one of study dealing with pre-service teachers were high. Based on the results, effective educational programs for supporting serendipity of pre-service early childhood teachers were discussed. Based on the results of this research, the meaningful information and direction on educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers in the future.
