기업가정신 교육이 청소년의 자아개념과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Youth Entrepreneurship Education on their Self-Conceptions and Self-efficacy in Career Determination

본 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 실시한 기업가정신 교육이 청소년의 자아개념과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구는 2018년 9월부터 2018년 12월 사이 4개월 간 전국 11곳의 고등학생 578명을 대상으로 사전검사, 프로그램 치, 사후검사 순으로 실시하였다. 연구대상은 각각 실험집단과 통제집단에 무선배치 되었으며, 최종 442명의 자료를 분석하였다. 기업가정신 교육프로그램은 총 10차시로 실시하였다. 연구도구는 자아개념 측정을 위해 송인섭(1982)의 자아개념 진단검사를 진로결정 자기효능감 측정을 위해 Tayor와 Betz(1983)가 개발한 CDMSES-SF(Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Scale: Short Form)를 본 연구의 목적과 대상에 맞게 수정 및 보완하여 사용하였다. 연구결과, 청소년 기업가정신 교육은 청소년의 자아개념과 진로결정 자기효능감 각각의 하위요소에서 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년 진로교육으로서 기업가정신 교육의 활성화와 정책연구에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study validated the effects of youth entrepreneurship education on their self-conceptions and self-efficacy in career-determination. The subjects were 442 students from 11 high schools in nationwide. The subjects were randomly divided into either experimental or control group. The program consisted of ten sub-topics for 10 weeks. We used the research instrument developed by Song(1982) to measure the self-conceptions, and the CDMSES-SF(Career Decision Making Self Efficient Scale: Short Form) to measure self-efficacy developed by Taylor and Betz (1983) by modifying and supplementing to meet the research purpose. The research has shown that the youth entrepreneurship program affected their sub-components of self-conceptions and self-efficacy in career-determination. These findings will contribute to the revitalization of entrepreneurship education as the level of policy for youth career education.
