[연구논문] 성서의 노동 이해와 그 윤리적 함의

In this article I attempt firstly to sketch the Understanding of Work in the Bible, I start from the biblical witness that the work of human beings was installed by God who will sustain the order of life in the creation, On the one hand, the human beings as stewards of God in the world are responsible for the household of the whole creation, On the other hand, the work which belongs itself to the order of God's blessing is a way to satisfy the human needs and to develope the civilization under the conditions of the household of the creation, An ecologically relevant concept of work comes from it Such a concept can be christologically widened to an understanding of work as communication with the creation. Secondly, on the basis of the Biblical understanding of work I suggest some fundamental ideas on a human, social and ecological formation of work:interconnectedness of work and person, rights of the creation to integrity. solidarity, justice, balance of the earning labor and the work as life activity, suitability to the limits of the ecosystem etc. I think that these ideas can be used when man articulates some ethical criterions for the judgement of labor problems in the contemporary society
