The purpose of this study was to figure out the affecting variables on elderly caregiving stress in women. Participants of this study were 492 of women, who were primary or secondary caregivers of 65-and-more years elderly, who reside in 10 different provinces in Korea with help of nationwide non-profit organization. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regressions with SPSS WIN 23.0. Results present that caregivers ages and caregivers self-reported health conditions had effect on group differences in elderly cargiving stress. When caregiver showed sensitivity in elderly s aging process, had caregiver role strain, had family conflict and financial problems, were primary caregivers, had health problems in family members, those variables presented higher correlations with elderly caregiving stress. Also, as caregivers showed sensible in aging process of elderly, caregiver role strains, family conflicts, primary caregivers, negatively perceived caregivers health condition as they presented increased caregiving stress.
