일본취업과 문화적 이해를 돕기 위한 일본연구자의 역할

- 한일 양국의 취업환경 분석을 중심으로 -

After comparing the getting a job environment of Korea and Japan, writing made the adoption culture of a Japanese company and the special quality clear. It was proposed to the purpose which is the situation that the college student who hopes for this getting a job increases and is a help in such college student through this to what kind of role a Japanese researcher had to play. 2 exhibitions of the forms each university tends to enter most during many “Japanese getting a job exhibitions” progressing in country were analyzed with introduction. Present understood that I tend to call the college student who hopes for Japanese getting a job based on this result of analysis and the Japanese company which hopes for Korean material adoption increase together and also begins to employ a Korean material as ‘profession (CAD and mosquito Tia are designed, the field)’ from 2017 in case of a Japanese company, and is the actual situation as which a Korean material is employed in all Nihon Sangyo fields. After understanding to a difference point of the getting a job environment of such both countries, and the student recruitment ‘and’ the management practice which can think it was most necessary to a Japanese researcher for purpose of the college student who will hope for Japanese getting a job from now on emphasized that ‘the professional charge professor who can do professional charge of Japanese getting a job’ is needed.
