간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 자율실습에서 동영상 자기관찰 학습법 적용 효과

Effects of Applying Video Recording Self-observation on Self-directed Practice for Core Fundamental Nursing Skills in Nursing Students

본 연구는 핵심기본간호술기 교육에서 동영상 자기관찰 학습법을 활용한 자율실습이 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 목표몰입, 수행자신감 및 자율실습 만족도에 미치는 효과를 검정하기 위한 비동등성 사전·사후 유사실험연구이다. 연구의 중재 및 자료 수집 기간은 2018년 9월 17일부터 10월 15일까지 이루어졌으며, 실험군 40명, 대조군 41명으로 총 81명의 대상자로 구성되었다. 중재는 한 주에 수업 4시간, 자율실습 4시간으로 구성하여 총 4주간 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 중재 전에 비하 여 중재 후 실험군의 자아효능감과 셀프리더십은 유의하게 증가되었으나, 목표몰입은 유의한 증가가 없었다. 반면, 대조군은 자기효능감, 셀프리더십과 목표몰입 모두 유의한 증가가 없었다. 또한, 실험군이 대조군보다 술기 난이도가 ‘상’ 인 유치도뇨와 정맥주사의 수행자신감과 자율실습 만족도가 유의하게 높았다. 결과적으로 동영상 자기관찰 학습법을 활용한 자율실습은 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 교육에 있어 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 수행자신감 및 자율실습 만족도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 방법으로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of applying video recording self-observation on self-directed practice in self-efficacy, self-leadership, goal commitment, self-confidence in performance, and satisfaction of nursing students. This study was conducted from September 17 to October 15, 2018 by nonequivalent control group non-synchronized post-test design. Total of 81 subjects with 41 and 40 in the experimental and control groups. These two groups attended 4 hours lecture and 4hours self-directed practice a week for 4 weeks. The pre-post differences of self-efficacy, and self-leadership were significantly improved in the experimental group. Goal commitment was not significantly improved. Whereas the pre-post differences of self-efficacy, self-leadership, and goal commitment were not significantly improved in the control group. After the intervention, the experimental group had significantly better self-confidence in performance and satisfaction than the control group. Therefore, video recording self-observation on self-directed practice is an effective method to improve self-efficacy, self-leadership, self-confidence in performance, and satisfaction in nursing students
