The purpose of this study is to offer the Aquatic Exercise program to improve physical fitness for osteoarthritis patients. This study is based on the importance of exercise for osteoarthritis. It is stated on the importance and necessity of range of motion exercise and muscle strengthening exercise. But further studies did not recommand aerobic exercise because of impact when heel strike the ground. But aerobic exercise is very important for fitness of patients. This exercise program is manufactured and taken into consideration of poromoting the every muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic capacity, as well as range of motion ability. Because water offered special environments such as Buoyancy, Resistance, Water Pressure and Cold. The further study for the aquatic exercise of osteoarthritis is much more needed and need continuous clinical research.
