에어로빅 프로그램 안무를 위한 리듬운동의 이론적 고찰

In our modern society, the importance of sport and exercise has been greatly recognized in terms of physical, social, mental, and physiological, benefits. Especially, it should be understood that principles of aerobic exercise are based upon rythmic education, which increases the effects of aerobice. therefore, this paper intended to review the characteristics and principles of movement, supported and utilized by movement educators, and to identify the determinant factors for aerobics movement. It can be concluded as follows ; First, one of the essential reasons of diffusion of aerobics may be attributable to the congruence with the educational aims of Dalcroze, which focuses on stress release and enjoyment to educate human-being through physical activity. Second, Bode, initiator of expressive gymnastics, emphasized the rhythmic education for increasing breathing based upon individual differences. This kind of objectives is congruent with the ones of aerobic exercise. Third, the rhythmic movement of Medau stressed casy participation and the maximization of exercise effects through women`s health and beautiful posture by means of rhythmic exercise and instruments. The characteristics of Medau rhythmic movement are similar with the modem aerobic exercise in relation to the utilization of the instruments and easy participation. Finally, the development of aerobics program is based upon th Laban theoretical foundation of movenment factors such as physical component, time, power, space, and relationship
