지역 아파트 가격이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

The effects of apartment price on subjective well-being

본 연구는 개인의 소득과 지역의 아파트 가격이 개인의 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 실증분석을 진행하였다. 또한, 실증분석은 지역적 특성을 고려하기 위해서 수도권과 비수도권 각각의 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 본인의 소득은 개인의 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지역의 아파트 가격은 개인의 삶의 만족도에 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 수도권과 비수도권 간의 약간의 차이점도 발견되었다. 이는 개인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 절대소득과 상대소득에 따라 다르게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한, 상대소득의 영향은 지역에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Income is one of the factors affecting the subjective well-being. This study analyzes the impact of income and apartment price on subjective well-being. In addition, the analysis was divided into seoul metropolitan area and non-seoul metropolitan area. Analysis method was applied to ordinal logistic model. Major results are as follows. Fist, income has a positive effect on subjective well-being. Second, apartment price on the regional has a negative effect on subjective well-being. Finally, it was different from the effect on the apartment price by region. These empirical results will be used as the basis for future research.
