탈북자의 주거지 소방안전인식에 대한 연구

A Study on the Recognition of Fire Safety in Residential Areas of North Korean Defectors

정부는 탈북자들이 입국할 경우 정착지원제도를 통해 주거지를 알선하고 있으며, 탈북자들은 주로 일자리 확보가 용이한 도시지역의 아파트를 선호하고 있다. 그러나 아파트는 고층이면서 열에너지와 가연성 내장재를 사용하고 있어 화재위험이 잠재해 있으나 이에 대한 소방안전 교육과 훈련이 이루어지지 않고 있어 화재시 인적⋅물적 피해의 위험에 노출되어 있다. 이에 본 연구는 아파트에서 거주하는 탈북자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 소방안전에 대한 인식을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 이들의 거주지 소방안전 향상방안을 제시하고자 한다.

When defectors enter the country, they arrange their residence through a settlement support system. Defectors prefer apartments in urban areas where job hunting is easy. However, the apartments are high-rises and use thermal energy and flammable interior material; therefore, there is a risk of fire, but fire safety training is not conducted, and there is the risk for human and material damage in the case of fire. The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the fire safety of residents based on the results of a questionnaire on defectors living in apartments.
