대한부동산학회지 게재논문의 특성 연구

A Study on Characteristics of Dissertations Published in Korea Real Estate Society Journal

본 연구의 목적은 학회 창립 30주년을 맞이한 현 시점에서 사단법인 대한부동산학회의 과거와 현재를 재조명하고, 지난 30년간 대한부동산학회지에 투고된 총 295편에 대한 게재논문을 중심으로 분석ㆍ평가해봄으로서, 대한부동산학회지의 위상제고를 위한 발전적 제언을 하는 것이었다. 연구범위로서 시간적으로는 학회지가 처음 발간된 1982년부터 2011년 10월 현재까지로, 내용적으로는 대한부동산학회지 게재논문의 특성을 살펴봄과 아울러 대한부동산학회지의 위상제고를 위한 발전적 제언을 하는 것으로 한정하였다. 연구방법으로서 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을, 분석방법은 사례분석 및 기술적 (記述的) 분석방법을 동원하였다. 연구 결과, 대한부동산학회지의 위상을 제고하기 위해서는 첫째, 학회회원의 저변 확대가 필요하고 둘째, 학회지 게재논문의 양적ㆍ질적 수준을 보다 극대화 할 필요가 있으며 셋째, 독립된 별도의 공간에 학회 전용사무실을 시급히 확보하여야 함을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to review the past and present of Korea Real Estate Society that is celebrating the 30th anniversary, and to make suggestions for improving the status of Korea Real Estate Society by analyzing and evaluating 295 dissertations that have been published in the journal of Korea Real Estate Society for the last 30 years. As to the scope of the study, the time scope was limited from 1982 that the journal was first issued, to the present, October, 2011. The contents were limited to looking at the characteristics of the published dissertations, and making suggestions for improving the status of Korea Real Estate Society. As to the study methods, literature and internet research was used. Also, case analysis and descriptive analysis have been used. As a result of the study, it was found that, in order to improve the status of Korea Real Estate Society, first, it is necessary to expand the member base. Second, the quantitative and qualitative level of the published dissertations must be maximized. Third, it is necessary to have an office for Korea Real Estate Society in a separate space as soon as possible.
