보육교사의 직무스트레스가 역할수행에 미치는 영향 : 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effect of the Job Stress of Nursing Teachers on Their Role Performance : Focused on the Mediating Effects of Psychological Well-Being

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 역할수행에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 경기와 인천 어린이집 보육교사 239명을 대상으로 하였다. PASW 21.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 상관, 회귀, 3단계 회귀분석을 통한 매개효과 검증, sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사가 지각한 직무스트레스, 역할수행, 심리적 안녕감간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시한 결과 직무스트레스와 역할수행, 직무스트레스와 심리적 안녕감간 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사가 지각한 직무스트레스가 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 직무스트레스가 역할수행에 영향요인으로 나타났다. 보육교사가 지각한 직무스트레스가 높을수록 역할수행 지각수준은 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 보육교사가 지각한 직무스트레스가 역할수행에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 심리적 안녕감이 매개효과가 있음이 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 보육교사의 역할수행을 증진시키기 위해서는 보육교사가 지각하는 직무에 대한 스트레스를 낮추고, 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 모색이 필요하다 할 수 있다.

This study attempted to observe the mediating effect of psychological well-being in the effect of the job stress of nursing teachers on their role performance, and it was conducted on 239 nursing teachers working inin the Gyeonggi and Incheon areas. The results of this study are as follows. First, by conducting analysis to observe the relationships among job stress, role performance, and psychological well-being as perceived by nursing teachers, correlations were shown between job stress and role performance and between job stress and psychological well-being. Second, multiple regression analysis was conducted to observe the effect of job stress as perceived by nursing teachers on role performance. As a result, job stress appeared as an influencing factor of role performance. The perception level of role performance decreased as job stress perceived by nursing teachers increased. Third, observations made of the mediating effect of psychological well-being on the effect of job stress as perceived by nursing teachers on role performance showed that psychological well-being does have a mediating effect. The results of this study show that, to enhance the role performance of nursing teachers, methods to reduce job stress as perceived by nursing teachers and increase psychological well-being must be searched for.
